Constitution

We finished going over the Constitution only making one amendment and sent it off to Consumer Protection. It's been received by their office and payment made. So now just waiting of approval!

Little while to go yet ...

Got our last committee meeting tomorrow to put the final stamp on the Constitution ... this will be sent in to the Commissioner on the 10th May 2013.
I really hope we have heaps of favour and it get's approved really quick!

Business Name Approved!

IN OUR BUILDING THIS WEEK!

Wow! It feels like everything has happened soooo fast! We have had several committee meetings and a lot of paperwork has been done.

Thursday the 11th April 2013 is when our Public Notice went into the local paper (Mandurah Mail) announcing out Intention to Apply for Incorporation. Now we just have to wait a month to see if anyone objects then we'll be right to apply to the Commissioner.

We are meeting publicly for the first time this week which is very exciting!
Service: 4-5.30 at the Mandurah AC-CENT Centre (near the Reading Cinemas).

ABN just got approved yay!

Now for the Business name approval then a bank account to be opened.

Church Planter's Morning Tea

It was really good to be around other people who have planted churches and just to watch how the Pastors all interact. I had 3 great friends with me who are supporting this plant and who are also my advisory committee. If it wasn't for them yesterday my nerves would've got the better of me!

Got stacks of info and now Steve n I have a lot of paperwork to fill in and submit.

Very exciting!!

We are still waiting on our ABN & Business name to be legally approved and there is insurances to get...so we are very early days yet.
